Mar Granell: Strategic, organized, and ambitious, Mar is responsible for managing the team, leading and directing the company’s digital strategy.
She stands out for her ability to plan and coordinate projects. She has a vision that allows her to identify opportunities, define clear objectives, and turn ideas into action plans.
She decided to found this company because, from a very young age, she would make her mother buy her a thousand notebooks or planners to create her own diary or journal. Now that she has grown up, she still has the same need to create, but she couldn’t find anything that was perfect for her. That’s how Let It Happen was born, a brand of planners and notebooks with a wide variety where everyone can find their perfect product to start creating.
Ona Benito: Original, empathetic, and creative. She is responsible for managing the company’s social media and staying in touch with customers to understand their needs and promote the product.
Ona decided to take part in founding this company because, since she was little, she has been passionate about writing, keeping personal diaries as well as writing books and creating notebooks dedicated to topics she found interesting. On the other hand, Ona believes that the worst thing that can happen to a person is to forget, and writing memories, experiences, or even things to do in notebooks is a very beautiful and personal way to remember.
Ona wants to give everyone the opportunity to record magical moments so they can relive them through Let It Happen.
Salma Sanchez: Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented, Salma is the Web Developer behind Let It Happen. She is the one who brings order when digital chaos threatens. If something doesn’t work, she fixes it.
She stands out for her patience, calm problem-solving mindset, and technical precision. Her structured and logical thinking allows the team’s creative ideas to become functional, beautiful, and seamless digital experiences.
Salma contributes stability, clarity, and a grounded technical perspective that transforms concepts into reality. Her attention to detail ensures that every element of the website works smoothly, creating an intuitive and inspiring space for our community.
