Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Let It Happen. We want you to love your flower-style journals, notebooks, and books. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Overview

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. If more than 28 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, is required to process any return. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, digital or downloadable products, personalized or custom-made journals, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial refunds may be granted in situations where a product shows clear signs of use, is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or is returned after the 30-day return period.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. You may also contact your bank, since processing times can vary. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at letithappen@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at letithappen@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
